The last owners did not keep up with the filter and there was corrosion where the filter is supposed to be Plus the weather was too cold to do anything. And said to call back when the weather warms up and they will get the job done. Jess was nice, friendly, professional, and cared about his job.     “Clayton Alexander of Arthur's Air Conditioning and Heating came out on time on a cold 6 degree Sun morning with a -10 wind chill. My heat pump/electric coil system was not heating properly & my house was down to 63 degrees and getting colder. Clayton was able to diagnose a faulty switch for the electric coil part of the heating. The heat pump itself was working fine but couldn't keep up with the demand by itself. Clayton was able to patch the system so that both the heat pump and electric coil could work while the part was being ordered & received. Thanks for the fantastic service at a critical time!”

    Arthur's elevated my request to near-emergency status and scheduled a visit same day.
    “I had requested a service technician to come inspect our HVAC system (since the company that had installed it went out of business) because we discovered from ceiling drips that some PVC pipes that expel water from the system had pulled apart and saturated our attic floor. Arthur's elevated my request to near-emergency status and scheduled a visit same day. The tech arrived on time and checked the situation and solved the problem promptly, was polite and cheerful, and I'm satisfied. I will probably sign up for their twice yearly service program.”

    Because we took advantage of their yearly inspection plan, we didn’t pay anything extra.
    “Korey came and checked our a/c yesterday, he carefully checked the entire system, changed our filters, and made sure the temperature output was nice and cool from all the vents. Their entire staff is friendly, and accommodating.”
